Intellectual Property Notice

All Rights and copyrights to any work/artwork remain the sole property of Lisa Jayne Porter and Lisa Porter Art LLC, including after purchase. This includes the purchase of originals, commissions, fine art prints and current and/or future reproductions of any kind, including derivative work/artwork. The purchase of any item, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to mint the piece into an NFT, print and distribute in any form or reproduce in any way by means of profit and or/otherwise.

Collectors/customers may not reproduce artwork in any way without express written permission from the artist Lisa Jayne Porter, Lisa Porter Art LLC.

Posting images of the items purchased on social media platforms is welcomed and does not breach the intellectual property clause.

Returns

Due to the nature of the sale, all sales are final. This includes but is not limited to: original artwork, commissions, fine art giclee prints and exclusive limited edition stock. Once the order has been dispatched. We do not accept returns on any purchase.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order please contact studio@lisajayneporterart.com for support within 24 hours of purchasing your order. If your request is made within this time frame a refund may be given at our discretion. Please note that a change of mind to your order outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.

Damages

On the rare occasion that your order has been damaged during transit, please contact studio@lisajayneporterart.com within 24 hours of delivery and supply all of the below information in an email. 

1. Full name, date and order number (this can be found in your order confirmation email).

2. A photo of the damaged product

3. A photo of the interior packaging and delivery box

Faulty

We take great pride in ensuring only the finest quality products leave our studio, every product is inspected several times before clearing quality control for shipment and only pristine fine art reproductions are packaged for your enjoyment. On the rare occasion that your product may be faulty please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and supply all of the below information in an email.

1. Full name, date and order number (this can be found in your order confirmation email).

2. A photo of the damaged product

3. A photo of the interior packaging and delivery box

Liability

Lisa Porter Art LLC is not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector/customer. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace, or compensate by any means damages of products that are a result of being mishandled by customers. For instance: tearing fine art prints, smudging the white borders, fingerprints marks, damaging works etc.

Please read the product descriptions thoroughly and carefully. It is not our duty to refund customers that misread the description. We do our best to offer colour accurate photography/scans of our products for e-commerce but please be mindful that colour calibrations may vary between devices. We recommend viewing from multiple devices before purchasing. (iPhone, desktop, iPads etc).

Shipping Policy

We are a small business and dedicated to shipping your orders in a timely manner to get them into your hands, hearts and homes as soon as possible. Our handling time is typically 7-10 business days, if you would like your order sooner please send an email to studio@lisajayneporterart.com and we will do our very best to accomodate getting your products to you sooner. Please also ensure to choose the fastest shipping at checkout.

Please note that for original artworks and commissions we ask for 2-4 weeks to prepare for handling and shipping time as each artwork is unique and may vary in its needs for packaging and shipping.

Please note that for original, commissions, fine art prints and/or large artworks that your artwork may be taken off of it’s stretcher bars, rolled and shipped in a shipping tube where you may have it reframed by a local framer. Shipping will be determined and added at checkout.

If it is your preference to have your artwork shipped flat or if the artwork does not permit it to be rolled then your artwork will be packaged and shipped either via ground (if it fits within the dimensional/weight allowance of the postal service) or crated and shipped via freight. Please contact studio@lisajayneporterart.com prior to purchase and shipping cost will be customized based on the size and/or weight of your piece and your delivery location.

Please note shipping may be delayed at this time due to the impacts of Covid19

If you need a change of address, we must be notified within 24 hours of your order. We are unable to alter your shipping address once the order has been dispatched.

Lisa Porter Art LLC is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect address provided during checkout. Please ensure to double check shipping address prior to purchase.

Duties and Taxes

Our Studio is operated in Arizona, USA and is not responsible/liable for import fees on any products purchased. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of an original piece, originals, and merchandise.

Any applicable import duties and taxes are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. The customs agency will notify the recipient by email, phone, or mail to pay these charges so that your shipment can continue to it’s destination. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any additional charges. If you refuse to pay these then your package will be returned to us. Provided that our product is in it’s original condition we may refund your order at our discretion. (minus your shipping cost to that country).

Lisa Porter Art LLC is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties & taxes.

All items are declared at purchase value and accompanied with an invoice for exporting. Under no circumstances will export shipping documents be adjusted or falsified.
