DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

YES! Once you are through checkout your delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the artwork and your delivery address. We work with a selection of couriers to ensure the best price and service for your unique order.

Local pick up/ delivery is an option for those based in Tucson, Arizona so please select the pick up option at checkout and email studio@lisajayneporterart.com to schedule your date and time.

Please note that originals, and commission, and extremely large pieces may be taken off of the frame and rolled to reduce shipping costs and protect your piece. In which case this will be advised in the product description. You can then arrange for a local framers near you to re-stretch the piece for you.

If the design of the piece does not permit for it to be rolled then the artwork may be shipped in protective packaging and a large box, for extra large pieces or artwork your piece may be housed in a shipping crate and sent via freight depending on it’s size and design. If you have a preferred shipping method please send an email over to studio@lisajayneporterart.com prior to purchase. Where will will be happy to calculate a customized shipping quote.

Preferred shipping for custom artwork can also be arranged at the time of enquiry, please just let Lisa know you’re preferred method and this will be included in your quote.

Duties and Taxes

Please note that our Studio is operated in Arizona, USA and collectors are responsible for import duties and taxes fees on any products purchased outside of the US. Any applicable import duties and taxes are not included in the checkout total. These costs are determined by your local customs agency in your country. The customs agency will notify the recipient by email, phone, or mail to pay these charges so that your package can continue to it’s destination. We are not responsible for customs holding times. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any additional charges. If you refuse to pay these then your package will unfortunately be returned to us. Provided that our product is in it’s original condition we may refund your order at our discretion. (minus your shipping cost to that country). All items are declared at purchase value and accompanied with an invoice for exporting. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of an original piece, originals, and merchandise.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A COMMISSION, ORIGINAL AND PRINT?

All paintings are originals pieces of art imagined and hand created by Lisa Jayne Porter. 

Commissions are originals pieces of artwork designed specifically for a collector. When they are looking for a piece that suits them and their space perfectly. 

Prints are high quality archival reproductions of an original piece of art. Printed with archival ink on Giclee paper. All limited edition prints will come with a unique limited edition number signed and dated by Lisa.

​All artworks are accompanied by a bill of sale and certificate of authenticity signed by Lisa to prove legitimacy of artwork.

WHAT IF I WANT TO REFUND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please be advised that we typically do not allow for refunds on artwork. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However we understand that unforeseen extenuating circumstances can arise in which case please send an email to studio@lisajayneporterart.com within 48 hours of your purchase. We will not accept any refunds if contacted later than this.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN TO EXPECT MY ARTWORK?

Please allow 7-10 business days for typical handling. You will receive a tracking number for your order once your parcel is received by your courier, so you will know when to expect your delivery. But please check the product description as times may vary based on the order. If you would like your product sooner please email studio@lisajayneporterart.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. For originals and commissions please allow for 2-4 weeks for shipping and handling.
